Don’t give’m any ammunition
Once again, I’m sitting in my BADM class, writing a blog. At the beginning of lecture, the prof called on me and asked the question of what the direction of technology will be over the next 5 years. In an effort to give a somewhat canned answer, I talked about web services and the general ideas of Web 2.0. That was a mistake. Since that time he’s dropped the term Web 2.0 about 7 times. I tell you, don’t give business people buzz words, they’ll eat’m up like candy.

And I wish you wouldn’t kill so many kittens. Does the dude know about that?

Yeah, and I accidently told him about your 1 inch wang.

Don’t rip on Brogan’s wang dude, that’s not cool.

Do you ever just feel like you stepped back in time?

Well, this is not at all related to the other comments in this thread, but none-the-less, warm off the e-presses:

Don’t be silly Dusty, my blog doesn’t support threads. I did turn off the option that requires you to leave an email, though.

Seriously, you can spend an entire day designing A button, but you can’t take 30 seconds to type “wordpress 2.0 threaded commetns” (sans quotes) into google? I found no less than 3 plug-ins in the top ten answers.
Stop reading the codex, start googling.
P.S. Thanks for dropping the e-mail req.
P.P.S.

Wow, this is the most comments on a blog entry. Colleen A., I assume you’re Colleen from high school. Yeah, we pretty much as immature as we were then.

Wow, I just figured any Colleen reading this blog was from IL, but in that case - how’s it going Colleen?

I’m doing just fine, thank you. I was at my first Hill hockey game in about 3 or 4 years on Saturday. I had no clue how the team was doing, so I went to the Hill hockey website and ended up here. I don’t consider myself a nostalgic person, but a lot of memories came back at the hockey game. There was no cymbal player there. I almost volunteered. Hope all is going well for both of you.

Yeah, the Hill band doesn’t play at very many games any more. I caught one game over Christmas break. I’m keeping an eye on Shanley’s site, as this very well may be the best team in the last 15 years. Who knows, could go all the way…

For sure, they look great. You picked a good time to get back on the bandwagon (excuse the pun). I’d like to take this opportunity to point out that Holy Angels lost and isn’t even visiting the state tourney. If Hill can get over their tough section, this could very well be a huge year for them.

Shoe still learning to use the new, threaded comments…

Good point though. Hill has to be the top-ranked team left in the running (not that it means a lot with single-elimination). Looks like Jefferson is still in it, and from their record, they could be good.

Yeah, I still find myself just starting to type in the comment box as a new one at the top level. I like the threaded comments but I just forget to use them.
