Don’t worry: there is a legal definition of Maple Sirup

I know I’ve been posting a lot of random stuff lateley, and it’s mainly because I’m trying to avoid working on my paper, but I just found the FDA individual restrictions on Maple Sirup, and what can be labeled under that that name.  It’s under 21 CFR Part 168 “Sweeteners and Table Sirups”.  And to think, the ancient Hebrew people got by with only 10 commandments.

Less random postings, more much-requested photo documentaries. You’ve created a monster here, but the public is realizing the true (and possibly only) value of the Morlok blog - a venue to show crazy collections of pictures and rip back and forth on them. Cause honestly, it’s like me and Dusty commenting on the other topics and no one else.

you’ll have to wait for your tribute until I get back to Minnesota. I don’t have enough of your old pictures posted to the gallery to do it justice.
